Insoluble sulphur is most advanced vulcanizator of rubber chemical. IInsoluble sulfur 7020 is one kind of it.The main function of Insoluble sulfur 7020 is to accelerate the Vulcanizing process of rubber and other polymer materia, and form crosslinking structure. The vulcanizing agent can react with the double bond in the rubber molecule, thus changing the properties of the substance, such as improving the elasticity, wear resistance, aging resistance and strength, making the material more durable. The number of sulfur atoms on the molecular chain of insoluble sulfur is up to 108 or more, with the viscoelasticity and molecular weight distribution of high polymers. It exists in a dispersed state in rubber, and will not produce frost spray phenomenon, which helps to improve the viscosity of rubber and prevent scorching. Insoluble sulfur 7020 is mainly used as a senior promoter and vulcanizing agent in the rubber industry, especially for the production and manufacture of tires and other rubber composite products. Because Insoluble sulfur 7020 can make the meridian, steel wire and rubber paste more firm, effectively prevent the rubber spray cream, improve the heat resistance, wear resistance of the tire. Therefore, insoluble sulfur is an essential and important raw material in tire production ,especially steel and semi radial tyre.

 

The product is wrapped in PP woven bag lined with PE plastic bag, net weight is 25Kg per bag

 

It should be stored in a dry, clean and cool warehouse, storage temperature should be no more than 40C
